Unqualified Staff

Unqualified staff usually have no relevant childcare qualifications and are usually individuals starting out in childcare, an apprentice recently out of college for example or perhaps someone already working but looking for a career change into childcare.

When we look for unqualified staff we look at the individual, how they come across and that they can demonstrate a passion for wanting to work with children. Many of our unqualified staff may come from a similar background such as working in care or health and social care, however some of our most successful unqualified candidates have never actually worked in a childcare setting before.
