We ensure all our candidates –

• Are fully screened and vetted by us before they start working with you.
• Have copies of relevant documents – certificates, training, ID/ right to work in the UK.
• Referenced checked by us, including their most recent employer.
• Have a DBS (enhanced) police check or be willing to do one upon a job offer through us.
• Will have a minimum of around  2 years experience in childcare/education (unless going for a junior/unqualified position).
• Have the relevant childcare qualifications, required by our clients.
• Are eligible to work overseas for our overseas clients.
• Paediatric first aid qualified or be willing to gain the qualification.
• Have a genuine desire and passion to work in childcare and education.
